Aqua Oblivion

Appearance:
Tier 1: spell can create orbs or projectiles of water.
Class/Purpose: Generally Defensive.
Elemental Associations: Water
Effect: Deals Significant Water Damage to surrounding Enemies and Bases.
Damage:Light
Range: 10-30feet, depending on size of Water Source.
Magic Cost: Projectiles/Orbs = 10 MP
Special Notes: Requires Water Source, cannot create water by self, unless used in conjunction with Angel's Fury.
Homeland: Fiacre
History: Mother was gifted with the rare Water Elemental control, only two other 'Starcomers' have ever had it.

Tier 2: The water source will begin to thrash and waves will become huge, churning and boiling with magical currents. Stronger Projectiles, greater control over size and shape.
Class/Purpose: Generally Defensive.

Damage: Light to Moderate
Range: 10-30feet, depending on size of Water Source.

As with the other, you can currently only use Tier 1 spells until you have the points to unlock Tier 2, so the other two phases are going to be on hold until you have the Points for them.
As for the Tier 1 version . . . In effect you say "Deal significant damage ..." but then you say that the Damage is "light", which would be Tier 1 appropriate.
I would feel more comfortable with an Effect that says "Causes Tier 1 damage to opponents and appropriate physical damage to surroundings" or something to that effect.
Also since you use "Surrounding Enemies and Bases", are you intending this spell to target more than one opponent for a single cost? If so, multi-target requires an added MP cost. And as a matter of curiosity, how many orbs of water are you manipulating at any one time for a single casting of the spell?
