Introduction to Vardit

Vardit

Vardit is a frozen land. At its most welcoming it's tundra and barely growing scrub brush with herds of caribou and other large creatures. At its most inhospitable it is covered in glaciers that have been burrowed into by those stubborn individuals who have chosen to make the land their home.

Big game hunters also come to Vardit because of the snow-beasts that have been known to range in the mountains along the northern edge of the land.

The Crystal of Vardit is housed in a crystal domed city built into one of the Glaciers. The entrance is a long tunnel that was carved into the ice itself that eventually leads into a place of unexpected beauty as those stubborn enough to make this land their home are also those with enough time on their hands to make anything beautiful.

All it takes is patience, and goodness knows, those who live on the ice can be patient.
